Really great job by all the RTA people for the Eclipse. Trains were full but on time. Employees were cheerful and professional and really nice. Did I already say helpful?! We got downtown, and they gave free solar eclipse glasses, nice ones. We needed help with purchasing tickets and finding our way, but every employee was responding to help Miss Jacobs even walked us out to the stop for the free trolley on public square. Great experience. Cars are clean, people nice. Some very interesting art on the green line from Shaker like murals and colored rocks...fun.

Gorgeous design interior when entered from Public Square.

We intended to go to the observation deck and found it not open at that hours. But I wasn't too disappointed because the lobby of the Tower City Center was a beautiful place by itself. We went on a Saturday morning. Surprised to find the place very quiet even though it was above a metro station. Free to take photos without disturbing other people.

Visiting Tower City Center was an absolute delight and arguably one of the most visually stunning parts of our downtown Cleveland trip! Walking into the Skylight Concourse, we were immediately struck by the breathtaking architecture; the blend of historic Art Deco grandeur with the massive, light-filled glass ceilings creates an atmosphere that is both majestic and welcoming. The facility was incredibly clean, and the addition of Skylight Park—an indoor green space with real plants and seating—was such a unique and relaxing touch that you just don't find in typical centers. It felt like a hidden oasis right in the city. The staff and security we encountered were friendly and helpful, making us feel safe and well-guided as we navigated through the walkways connecting to the casino and the stadiums. Even though it’s more of a transit and lifestyle hub than a traditional mall these days, the vibe was fantastic—my friends and I loved grabbing a quick bite at the eatery and just soaking in the history and beauty of the Tower from the inside. It’s a perfect, spotless gateway to the city's best attractions, and we had a wonderful time just exploring and taking photos. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the heart of Cleveland!

There's always something going on for the kids here for most holidays for free. If you take your babies just keep a good eye on them cause it can get crowded on those days . Check the website for events.

Tower City is older than me, but still never gets old. It is located on Public Square which boast a phenomenally meeting space surrounded by nearby restaurants, the House of Blues, and Corner Ally (bowling). I often go for the rice, potatos and vegetables inside Tower City. I also go to DTLR, Rainbow and the jeweler next to rainbow. I see they have taken out the water fountain... Can't wait to see what is put in it's place. Overall a good place to go take a load off, grab a bite, and spend money 💰. It do offer parking first hour free. If you spend $35 get your parking ticket stamped for free parking. It also offer a luxurious hotel. And, transportation via the subway beneath, that service 3 lines.... There are many other stores to shop in Tower City I just named a few. Overall this place will never get old. Visit!

This is the center of Downtown Cleveland. The history and architecture of the Terminal Tower are reason enough to make this a place to visit. The shopping and access to the casino, arena and Progressive Field is definitely a plus.

Five star for architecture! As for shopping a one star. Very detailed building with there was more shipping to do there. Enjoyed walking around just to look at it though.

Stopping by Tower City Center was a fun way to experience another side of downtown Cleveland. The place is full of energy, with shops, restaurants, and people constantly moving through the space. It was a great spot to walk around, explore a bit, and take in the vibe of the city.

Even with a limited number of stores, just being in this HUGE and historic building is worth the trip. Fun paintings, beautiful ceiling windows, a great food court and the security staff was friendly and helpful. It's a must visit just to even say you were there kind of visit.
